Many of our customers come to us with a logo on their phone and nothing else. That is enough. Our water bottle label design service turns your logo, colours and contact details into a label that fits the bottle and prints cleanly.
You receive a proof before printing. Ask for changes until the label is right; nothing is printed until you approve it.
What we need from you
The better the file, the sharper the print. A vector logo is ideal because it stays crisp at any size. A high-resolution PNG also works. A screenshot of a logo usually does not, so tell us if that is all you have and we will advise you.
- Your logo as AI, PDF, SVG or a high-resolution PNG
- Brand colours, if you have them
- The text you want: phone number, address, social handle, slogan
- For events: names, date and any short message
What makes a bottle label work
A bottle label is small and curved, and it is usually read at arm's length. Simple labels win. One clear logo, one line of contact details and strong contrast between text and background will be read; a crowded label will not.
- Keep the logo large and in the centre of the front panel
- Use high contrast: light text on a dark label or dark text on a light one
- Keep small text to one or two lines
- Leave a margin at the edges so nothing is cut off where the label joins
- Add a QR code only if it leads somewhere useful, such as your menu or Instagram

Send it over. We check that it fits the label size for your bottle and that the text will be readable when printed, then send you a proof. If anything needs adjusting we tell you before printing, not after.
