About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.siratim.com and to quote requests you send to Siratim through the website, WhatsApp or email. By using the site you accept them.
Quotes and orders
Information on this website is a general description of our service and is not an offer. The price, quantity and delivery arrangements for your order are the ones stated in the quote we send you. An order exists only once you and Siratim have both confirmed it.
Your logo and artwork
When you send us a logo, name or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it on a label. You keep all rights to your brand. We use your files only to produce your labels and, with your permission, to show the finished bottles as examples of our work.
Proof approval
Before printing you receive a proof of your label. Please check spellings, phone numbers, dates and colours carefully. Printing starts only after you approve the proof.
Website content
The text, design and photographs on this website belong to Siratim or are used with permission, including the client bottles shown in Our Work. Please do not copy them without asking. Pictures of bottles labelled YOUR LOGO HERE are illustrations of the product.
Other services
The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit and chats take place on WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for how we handle your details.
